[IUG] Netflix Type Borrowing or Books by Mail

Hi everyone,

We are very interested in hearing from any libraries that are offering
Netflix type borrowing where customers pay a set price for enhanced
borrowing privileges with materials being mailed or are offering books
by mail for a profit.
