[IUG] Checkout to Previous Patron

Hello Everyone,

 

            Have any of you heard of this before.  If you are checking
out a patron and close the record and the scanner misfires so a patron
record isn't loaded the client will check out the items to the previous
record.  We hade this happen today on one of our circ machines, a
restart of Millennium fixed the problem but I was curious if anyone else
had experienced it.
