Problems with displaying the Web Management Reports or Manual in Windows
XP generally appear to be related to the disabling of "frames" in your IE
Browser. In the browser go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced and
see if you have an option for displaying frames. Check this option, and
that should solve the problem.
