Re: [IUG] Acquistions- hierarchies scrambling

We noticed this also when we transitioned to release 2005. As you
indicated, funds disappeared from established hierarchies; not all, but
some. We put the missing funds back into these groups and everything's
been fine since. We're currently running v. 1.2.

We are currently experiencing some strange problems with our fund codes
and hierarchies in Millennium Acquisitions since our move to release
2005 version 1.2 a month ago.
More specifically, from some of our hierarchies (but not all), the fund
codes completely disappear. That is, we put fund codes under a
hierarchy only to have them disappear the next time we look at the
hierarchy. The funds have not disappeared and no records seem to have
be damaged. But this problem has reeked havoc on our statistics and
web
management reports. Calls to III have suggested we move towards the
latest release, which our systems people are leery of doing while the
version is in Beta.
A search of the list archives found a couple of messages last
September,
but nothing since. Has anyone had this experience? If so, have you (or
Innovative) found a way to remedy the situation?
