Hello Bob,

Thanks so much for your respond!!!!

The Printer is Dell 4156-0d1; Model: J740

The catalog librarian wants to print as text such as try to print
statistics after you close the Millennium.

The printer drivers were downloaded directly from Dell and should be up
to date. If for some reason they aren't, then Dell has not updated this
particular printer, which I doubt.

Any suggestion or advices are appreciated!!!

How are you trying to print, as TEXT or as GRAPHICS?

What Dell printer do you have?

Many low cost printers are "Windows-only" (a.k.a. brain-dead) printers.
They can not handle a stream of plain text without the printer driver
being used, which is how Millennium prints if TEXT is selected.
