[IUG] insert unicode problem

Hi, all,

Does anybody encounter any problems inserting Unicode character in
Millennium cataloging module?  Ours simply refuses to work. You can pull
up the character map under tools, and click on a Unicode, but nothing
happens. Keying in the number while the map is up is of no use, either.
