[IUG] Copyright control & Electronic reserves

I previously raised this question regarding copyright control and
Millenium and e-reserves.  I had heard that Millenium would offer a link
between e-reserves module and CCC.  There was some hint that this might
be coming with an upgrade

One of the Innovative weblinks speaking about Circulation offers that
electronic  course reserves module includes 
"Real copyright control allowing access to copyrighted materials without
copyright infringement"

Can anyone tell me if you are using this feature to track copyright?  Is
there a direct link from e-reserves to Copyright Clearance Center?  

We currently are creating an Access Document that tracks use of
e-reserves and will help us to know when to report or request copyright
permissions for our e-reserves.
