The answer appears to be yes, by customizing the AVS_MODIFY_TAG
wwwoption.  If you are using Release 2005, see Page # 102170 if the
CSDirect manual

Excerpt:

AVS_MODIFY_TAG
This option specifies which search help page the "Modify Search" link
points to. This option accepts the same settings as the AVS_TAG option
to determine the pointer. For example:

           AVS_MODIFY_TAG=X

In this example, the setting points the "Modify Search" link to the
srchhelp_X.html page.

This was a Release 2002, Phase 3 Enhancement.

When I do a keyword search in millenium I would like for the MODIFY
SEARCH button on the following page go to a specific link I designate.
