Seeing all the resolved and unresolved Data Exchange/ftp problems here 
reinforces the value of  a basic ftp client.  It is almost certain that 
such a program in command mode will enable anyone to get files to their 
PC. Then it's a simple matter to get the files into III with Data Exchange.
