I just checked our connection which has the same WAM entries as Bob's.
It connects but it does get redirect to a non proxy address of
"portal.isiknowledge.com" which happens to work on campus because of the
IP ranges. I have not tested on my modem connection. I have not tried
changing my WAM entries.
Proxy redirect for ISI appears to be broken once again because the
redirect does not proxify. I will have to investigate later today.
In my experience the redirected URL hasn't proxified for quite some
time but the proxy still works---the absence of rewritten URLs in the
browser's location/address bar is not an indication of anything being
broken on ISI's or III's end. I have tested this from on campus and
from off and the URL that shows in the browser's address/location bar
does not reflect the rewrite proxy syntax, but the proxy is still being used.
