Roger,
      We were not particularly happy with the performance of Millennium
until we got machines with a gigabyte of memory and a fast chip.  Now staff
and librarians can spend their time getting the job done.  I'd also like to
second Tony B.'s comments on support.  Over time, surely staff time is much
more expensive than either cheap or expensive computers.  (But what do I
know?  :-)
