Is anyone else experiencing problems with the Wilson databases,
specifically "Bad Gateway" errors? Our problems started last week.
We've contacted Wilson and they admit to having "changed some code" but
that "clearing the cache on the proxy server" will fix our problems. I
called the III help desk and was told the proxy doesn't cache so there's
nothing to clear.
According to Wilson our library is the only one having these problems.
My colleagues and I want to know if that's true.
