[IUG] Web Management Reports - customizable?

With respect to the row/column options available in the circulation
cross-tab report, does anyone happen to know if it's possible to add
fields that aren't represented by default (i.e. "Item Agency" field from
item record)?  If this is possible, is it something that III has to do,
or can it be handled locally?
