it has to match all 3 or it just keeps going up the list, so if there would be more than one line with the same itype, ptype and location entered by mistake, the one closest to the bottom is the one the system will use.

Hello listserv!

I'm wondering if anyone out there knows how the determiner table is
'read'? 
I know it reads from the bottom up and Innovative suggests more specific
entries at the bottom and general ones at the top, but my question
specifically has to do with what is matched on first - is it location,
patron then item, as I'm assuming, or, for example, could it be matching
on item first, then location and patron?
