We do not have a class mark (do you mean name of class) on our reports because our items are not assigned to classes.  

If you mean collection location (or) call numbers then these do show up in our hold shelf reports.

We have all of our holdings as attached items to the bib record.
If you have your holdings within the bib records then possibly these are entries that did not have all the information entered.

I need your collective wisdom!!
 
When we clear the holdshelf there are a number of items on the print out that do not have a classmark. We have always ignored these but I am worried about what they might be. Can anyone shed any light on this and tell me what I am supposed to do with them!
