If by "limit by country" you mean country of publication, then, no. But we 
do permit limiting by publisher, which includes the 260 subfield a, so you 
can limit by city of publication. That will produce results, of course, 
only when what you input for city matches what is in the subfield 
(spelling, form of name, etc.).

If you mean limit by country in subject heading, then we permit limiting by 
words in subject, which includes the entire 6XX fields.
