I must be missing something here.  For me index3 doesn't work and index4
does search the catalog.

I have essentially rewritten this page and it is working at:
http://library.ualr.edu/catalog/index3.shtml.

However, we would like to rearrange the order of the fields
as shown at http://library.ualr.edu/catalog/index4.shtml.

After looking a couple hours at the JavaScript, I've been 
unsuccessful in determining what change would need to be
made for the search string to be created properly.

If anyone has worked with this, I would certainly appreciate
some assistance off list.
