[IUG] Setting blank indicators in 949 $z

We're preparing specs for a retrocon project and are trying to dtermine the 
appropriate formatting for the 949 field.


In $z (MARC tag for call number), take the following example

949 1 |z05000

would put the call number in an 050 and set both indicators to 0.

If I wanted to set one or the other of the indicators to be blank, what's 
the proper format?

|z050 4
|z050.4
|z050^4

something else?
