[IUG] EDIFACT Ordering

Got a question for those of you out there using EDIFACT ordering in
Acquisitions.  Have any of you run into a problem with 13-digit ISBNs?  We
ran into a problem last week - our first attempt at using 13-digit ISBNs for
EDIFACT ordering - in that all of our orders were rejected by our vendors.
I contacted them and basically was told that our ISBNs are formatted
incorrectly - they are ending with the wrong qualifier, ending with IB when
they should be ending with EN.  I just find it strange that 10-digit ISBNs
work fine for EDIFACT ordering.  Have any of you run into this?
