Unfortunately I tried that and it didn't work. The suggestion to create a list of all serial records and then sort did work. All the records without a paid field sorted to the top.

Couldn't you create a list with Ebsco as the vendor and the paid date = to - (blank). That should give you a list with blank paid dates from Ebsco.

We just loaded our first large Ebsco invoice and now we need to find a way to list order records with No Paid Date. We tried using Paid Date not within July 1, 2005 to Nov. 14, 2005...but since a date doesn't exist we could not get a list. After the first year this may not be a problem.
Is it possible to search for order records without a paid date?
Or, is there another way to find non-Ebsco titles that have not been paid during the current fiscal year?
