MilSer printing question

Happy Friday.
Our serials department just got a new printer, and we are having
problems printing to it.  The printer is installed as the local/default
printer on a USB port.  This morning the serials librarian could not get
her bindery pull slips to print -- all other applications (Word, email,
internet, etc) print just fine.  Is there a setting, either in
Millennium or elsewhere, that I'm missing?  We've noticed that neither
of our USB printers seem to "like" Millennium -- another machine prints
on "unsupported personality" message when you try to print pull slips.
Our older printers using parallel ports don't have these problems....
