RE: Millennium Acquisitions, worth it? Any manuals?

It very much depends on your setup though--we have 7 vendors for our books and serials here, two of which represent our serials aggregator...  I haven't been able to come up with any compelling reason for people to start using it here, to be honest.

How small are you looking for?  Our total staff is just under 5 FTE.
Our acquisitions person works part time (30 hours during the school year
and 20 over the summer). 
As Corey mentioned, Acquisitions is great for the fund control and the
reports it can generate.  Additionally it saves a lot of time for us.
We input and record each order only once (we send our orders
electronically).  No need for excel or anything else.  We have a lot of
standing orders and serial type payments being made and the system
handles them very well.  I can't imagine trying to do this on paper in a
more efficient manner. 
If your staff is already familiar with Millennium, it shouldn't take
very long to learn Acquisitions.  It took ours a couple of weeks to get
it fully up and running (yours may take longer to set up funds, we
already had them in Innopac).
