The answer to this one is yes. You can do this in Silver. You just have to ask Innovative to change the fields displaying. See Judith Clark's presentation at IUG2004 "System Changes : What Innovative Can Do To Fine Tune Your Innovative System" One example she gives is:

Define fields showing in "Summary of attached records" displays

and it shows status being added.

We compiled a list of changes we wanted in the various modules (changes to what fields showed in summary, what fields showed in the brief bib display above the summary, change in the sequence of the drop-down list of indexes) and sent them off. Innovative was very prompt in making the alterations.
