Importing Lists of Patrons...?

We are in the process of closing branches for renovation. As the date
for a branch closure approaches, we need to do something with the
outstanding holds. What we would like to do is generate a mailing list,
so that we could send the patrons a notice to the effect that their
holds are being transferred to another nearby branch.

But how can we do that? We don't seem able to use the holds information
to get patron addresses. Is there a way to import a list of p-numbers
back to the system to serve as the basis for a review file that could
then be used to generate a mailing list? I'd be grateful for any
pointers on this.
