Science Direct Proxy Server Problem

Hello, 
I currently have a problem with Science Direct, and I was wondering if
anyone else had encountered the same problem?
We are using WAM to provide access to this database. Currently, if you
register (internal Science Direct registration for e-mail alerts etc)
with Science direct, and then try to log in, the database does not
recognize you or allow you to log in. However, if you log in off campus,
it works perfectly. I contacted Science Direct in Amsterdam, and they
said it was an issue with either our proxy server, or the IT network
setup in the college here.
If anyone has any pearls of wisdom to share with me on this issue, I
would be more than grateful.
I enclose my current forward table, and the one I was using. (Neither
work)
