Frank -- just set your record type to bib, and then in your search statement
use b (bib) ! (MARC tag -- specify which tag and subfield) ! (does not
equal) [blank]. Like this, searching for 856|u
BIBLIOGRAPHIC MARC Tag 856|u not equal to ""
Hope this helps.

Subject: Find bib records that contain a specific field
Does any one know how to use "create lists" to find bibs that contain a
specific field?
