I'm assuming you're talking about the checkin record 008 (using the MFHD
standard)?

I'm interested in this as well. We haven't yet implemented Millennium,
but I've been tooling around in it since we are getting ready to make
the jump.

I know you can insert an 008 and that it consists of a bunch of
subfields. I don't think any of them will display in the OPAC, but I'm
guessing you can search against them when creating lists.

If anyone out there has any experience in using the checkin record 008,
please let us know. Thanks!

Subject: 008 - Intent to Cancel

Has anyone used the 008 tag to put in an "intent to cancel" date? If so,
how did you accomplish this, and if not why?
