Do I understand that correctly...it takes longer than 60 days to fill a DVD request?

We have our webopac set up to default to a not wanted after date of 60 days from the day the hold is placed unless the customer fills in a not wanted after date. This is acceptable for most books, but many popular DVD's take longer to fill and the customers are being cancelled before they receive their item. Can we have different default not wanted after dates for different item types?
