Hello;
We at ALIS, Consortium of Public Libraries in Nassau County, New York, are also having problems placing WEB OPAC files on our Innovative server. Any attempts to place a file on the server result in the target file being replaced with a null file. Additionally, graphics files only display portions of the graphic when uploaded to our server.
Presently we are running NAT on our Firewall to restrict access from outside the system as well as to facilitate TCP/IP flexibility and consistency throughout our member libraries. I was wondering if any of the other users experiencing these types of problems were employing a similar type of network infrastructure model.
As in the other reported cases, Innovative has been made aware of our problem and they are, in fact, able to place files for us on our server correctly.However the problem has not been addressed to our satisfaction as we would like to be able to add files and graphics to our OPAC without Innovative intervention.
