Our Millennium server has an "internal" IP (10.2.25.13) but is "NATted" 
so the outside world sees it as 200.34.200.13...

If your network ppl do their jobs right, connecting to your server 
should be transparent if you use the hostname instead of the IP address. 
For example: http://opac.mylibrary.edu should resolve correctly to 
whatever IP is needed to get to the server.

In our case, all our internal network works on 10.X.X.X addresses, so if 
a PC inside campus wants to connect to our catalog, our nameserver 
resolves our OPAC hostname to 10.2.25.13

However, if a user is outside Campus, the same hostaname resolves to 
200.34.200.13 (a "real" IP address visible to the entire Internet).

WAM works fine with our setup =)
