On Release 2005:

I have received a question from my ILL Librarian that I have not been able
to find an answer for in the manual or in the IUG Archives. In some rare
cases, we need to charge patrons for the ILL request because the lending
library charges. When creating an ILL request, you have the option to put
in a cost. Is this "cost" attached to the patron record? I found it listed
on page #100185 as a field, but couldn't find any other information about
it. In our case, it doesn't appear to have charged the patron for the ILL,
so we're wondering what is the purpose of that field.
