Elisabeth,
One way to list patron's fines individually from a review file is to
use "Statement of Charges". Here are the basic steps -
1) create a review file of patrons
2) In Notices mode (either MilCirc or text-based) choose
Notice type - Statement of Charges
Specify review file created in previous step
Prepare and print to email printer so you can easily scan through
the printout to look at fines
Once you have fine tuned your review file to exactly the customers you
want, you can waive all fines on these patron records using "R > Remove
charges from patrons in a REVIEW file". You will find it in the
text-based Innopac from the Main Menu - C - A - F - G Globally purge
fines.
I hope this is what you need. If not, let me know and I'll try again.
Also let me know if you need more details.

We are interested in waiving some patron fines according to certain
criteria, and I would like to create a list of patrons with their
fines
to aid us in parameters. So I have 2 questions:
First, is there a way to list a patron's outstanding fines
individually
(not just a total amount owed)?
And, second, is there a way to globally waive particular fines on
particular records?
