Does Refworks work with WAM?

We are testing, and it *seems* to work at first, however functions like 
"Bibliography" (where you upload a Word file and refworks spits it back 
with bibliography) doesn't work.

Our forwarding table is set up like this:

Are we missing something? Has anyone managed to fully use RefWorks under 
WAM?
