We are also having problems with Web of science * we did not seem to get any errors * It just gave a blank screen with word "Done" at bottom. However I just noticed when I went back in this evening having left it for a while* it was then saying "502 Bad Gateway
Connection to remote host returned error 14."
It was working when we set WAM up a few weeks ago and it is only today that someone reported it to me

We have been having problems with ISI and WAM for a few weeks now. We
are able to access the website, do a search and get results. But when
we try to access any of the results, we get a session error. We are then
kicked out of the current session and a new session begins; losing all
data of course. Packet captures do not seem to point to any URLs not
already in my WAM table. Also, this sessions ends when I try to save
marked items.
I have been retackling this problem today. I have tried many
combination of *.isiknowledge.com, isiknowledge.com,
portal01.isiknowledge.com, wos01.isiknowledge.com, etc.
I did notice that isiknowledge.com was non-responsive for couple times
today.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We just started seeing 502 errors when trying to connect to Web of
Science using WAM-proxied URLs. Access is fine using un-proxied URLs.
Anyone else experiencing the same thing?
