loading bib and order records

To add bib and order records using Connexion, I add a 949 field to the OCLC record that begins "recs=bo" (without the quotes).  This adds both bib and order records to Millennium.  If you need to know more about what I put in the 949 field, contact me off-list if you like.

We are having some issues when attempting to load Bib and Order records
from Connexion into Millennium. 
Do we need two separate command lines or can they be combined. I printed
out the instructions from the manual, but they are hard to decipher.
Anyone have some example to show?
