Helloooooo Mike,
The external IP works. I did try external IP yesterday and this morning
but it did not work at that time. I still don't understand why the
domain doesn't work.
THANK YOU!!!

Hello,
I don't know if this is your problem or not, but that name does not
resolve using nslookup. I don't know if you can use the internal IP
address or not.
www.marshall.edu resolves to 206.212.0.81
In any event, when you get the problem resolved, I would advise using
the name rather than the IP address. That way when you upgrade/replace
your server the client will work without modification.

Subject: Millennium client installation - need help
Hello,
We are in the migration to Millennium. Next week we will have first
training. I am working on installation of Millennium client. The
installation of the client is quite simple. The only information that
has to be specified is the fully qualified name or IP address of the
Millennium host (mulibiiidb.marshall.edu or internal IP: 10.101.4.159).
No matter which is used, the installation is successfully. But after
clicking the Millennium icon on my desktop I got login denied.
The Software is Release 2002 Phase 3, Millennium Silver, Release 2005
LE, and Release 2005
milup141.exe (installs JRE 1.4.1_02)
My PC has Windows XP with service pack 2.
We checked all the ports and firewall issue.
Any suggestions, advices or comments would be appreciate!!!
Jingping
