RE: Millennium buttons
[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]
They're misspelled! I just went into MilAdmin and I too noticed that
our Data Exchange mode button was not a button but words. I went to the
images tab in Manager Controlled options and 'set the resource' for
Admin Data Exchange. The supplied file name is admdataexchange.gif but
when I look at the choices under 'set the resource' the name of the gif
is admdataexchage (missing the N). Select that, quit MilAdmin, reopen
MilAdmin and a button appears instead of the words.

Carol,
Yes, we are missing several buttons. I've checked the Manager
Controlled
options and here's a listing of just some of the buttons we are missing
in
Millennium:
In MilAdmin - Create Lists, Coverage Edit, Coverage Load, Data Exchange,
Funds, WB Edit (to name a few)
File names are not even available for these in the recognized format.
For
instance, the Admin Statistics button is admstatistics.gif. I have that
one,
as well as ASAA & Web Options.

Jamen,
Interesting. I've never noticed the difference between the mode
buttons in the different modules. Since all of our MilCirc button are
circular, I'm not sure why yours aren't. Look in Login Manager, Manager
Controlled Options, Images tab. Here is a list of all your mode button
images. For example, the button for Create Lists in MilCirc is
circcreatelists.gif. The button for Create Lists in MilAcq is
acqcreatelists.gif.
If you are missing some, maybe III can restore the defaults?

Hi Leigh,
Unfortunately, I'm not looking for the Web OPAC buttons. What I'm
looking
for are the buttons within the Millennium clients. For some reason, we
have
several missing, but as a librarian, I like consistency with my buttons
- so
all of our MilCirc buttons should be circular; MilSer buttons should
be
square; MilAdmin should all be hex shape; etc.
