Anne,

You can change the email address by changing your printer setting.  Go
to File > Select Printer > Standard Printer.  Notice that "E-mail
Printer" is already selected.  Click "OK" and you will be prompted for
an email address.  The system will let you change the printer setting
between Headings Reports so there is no need to logout of MilCat.

We just switched off our text-based headings reports this past week. 
We are
also in a consortium setting where we send out the headings reports to
the
various libraries within the consortium.  We have found that
Millennium
defaults to one email address when trying to send out numerous reports.
 In
other words if you send one out to a particular email address and then
go
back and create the next report Millennium retains the email address
from
before and uses only that email address unless you completely log-off
from
Millennium Cataloging.

I have checked the Innovative site and the IUG Clearinghouse and I
believe I
may need to change some settings in login admin.  However, before I
mess
around with those settings I wanted to ask anyone if I should bother to
do
this.  Is this like other Millennium templates where once you choose
one you
have to always use that one until you log-off?
