- Subject: Budget statististics
When I print out the budget statistics at the end of the fiscal year to ascertain how much we spent on books, serials, newspapers, etc. I realized that the statistics are inaccurate due to some titles having multiple order records (due to multiple funds) and to some titles having only one order record (due to bundled packages). The average cost of these items is skewed since it counts one order record per one title. Has anyone found a way around this so that the statistical report is more accurate? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
