Hello,
Since our migration in May, we have been experiencing a problem with our
notices. After we e-mail out notices, we get a message that e-mail notices
failed to send. The notices then ALL transfer themselves to the print
queue, where we must print at least one notice to get them all to
clear. This is frustrating, as we know the e-mail notices actually are
sending. Does anybody know what is causing this and how to fix it? If a
notice fails, shouldn't it just move that one notice to the print queue,
not all of them? Someone asked this question back in March, but I couldn't
find any responses in the listserv archives--could whoever answered that
originally please help?
