label printing in Millennium

I'm in need of help for a frustrating problem.  In Millennium when
printing labels, a couple of labels will print fine, but occasionally
(not predictably) there will be a form/line feed which will misalign the
formfed labels that we use and waste several of them before going on to
print the next one.  The printer is an Oki Microline 184 Turbo.  We have
2 libraries using this printer and experiencing the same problem.
 
I have scoured the user manual for ideas.  I have looked on CSDirect for
ideas, but I can't come up with any.  If you have experienced this
problem and have a solution or a workaround, please let me know.
