Millennium Client can't connect to Server

My library " Naresuan University " installed Millennium and upgrade to 
2005LE. Now, we have problem on port 4600 . When we click Millennium client 
, it popup login and password. But we met the blank screen.   We can't 
login to Millennium.   There were messages showed that Don't download file 
.jar  such as

:4600/iiidb/software/applets/iiiloader.jar
                                                    http://IP address 
:4600/iiidb/software/applets/jcert.jar
                                                http://IP address 
:4600/iiidb/software/applets/jsses.jar
                                                http://IP address 
:4600/iiidb/software/applets/jnet.jar

I don't know what's error point on our system. Hope for helpfully.
