You can anticipate that your circ stats will be 10% lower for the next
year. DRA counted route in and route out and III doesn't.
I know that this isn't very detailed, but I hope it helps.

Subject: Circulation Report in Web Management
We are a relatively new site moving from a DRA ILS to Innovative. When
looking at
Web Management reports for circulation, we are seeing lower circulation
figures for
each of our Branch libraries as well as for the overall count. We have
checked our
assignment of terminal numbers to logins and there is not problem with
that one.
When we kept our circulation figures in the DRA system, we were careful
about not
counting Route Outs and Library Loans so as not to inflate circulation
figures.
For any of you out there that moved from a DRA ILS to Innovative, did
you experience
this lowering of circulation figures? If so, did you find out what was
causing this
to happen?
Thanks in advance for your help,

We used to run the daily DRA Registration Qualifier Circulation Report. This report
gave charges and renewals as well as route outs, in-house usage, and ephemeral
charges. On a daily basis, we recorded route outs. At the end of the month, we
subtracted route outs from the Item Circulation Report to produce a true picture of
our circulation. Since we accounted for these charges by subtracting them at the
end of the month, I did not think that our circulation figures would be off by 3000
or more. Something still seems wrong to me but I might not ever be able to
determine what it might be.
