RE: WAM settings for Ancestry Library and Heritage Quest Online

Perhaps this is unique to the statewide subscription in Michigan, but I
did not setup Ancestry Library in the WAM table because our subscription
if only for use within the library. We are not allowed remote access.
Everything works fine from within our IP range without a WAM entry.

did work.  So I'm good with HQ.  Unfortunately, still no luck with
Ancestry

Hey WAMers -- anyone out there providing access to Ancestry Library
Online and HeritageQuest Online via WAM.  My standard settings are not
working:
 
anlib1
*.ancestrylibrary.proquest.com
anlib2
*.ancestrylibrary.com
herquest
*.heritagequestonline.com
No db identifiers on either of these databases.  And I did restart both
the proxy server and the web processes
 
Actually, we only have in-house access to AncestryLibrary, so I don't
really need to go through WAM, but I like to for stats.  Any thoughts
are greatly appreciated.
