Hi,

This is a bug created by the software sending out duplicate <head> and <body> html tags on this page. We reported it to III and they "referred it to engineering". They have not promised to fix it.

I have not seen any documentation that it is fixed or will be fixed in any of the upcoming patches/releases.

I can tell you that for the first two months after our redesign it was the leading patron complaint.

Our pitiful solution was to use a stylesheet kludge to make the links look like regular text (although they are still clickable and we still get complaints).

Here is our kludge:

In the /screens/patronview_web.html file I created a <div id="patfunc"> around the patron function tokens. I then placed the following in my styles.css file-

#patfunc a {text-decoration: none;font-weight: normal;color: #000;}

Hope they fix this one soon!

Yours,
-Steve

Subject: OPAC redesign

We are in the process of redesigning our OPAC. Most of our work is done
but we have come across a page that does not conform and cannot figure
out what page it is.

We are in the patron info screen and have clicked on an item that is on
hold for a patron. From within the results of that screen we have
clicked on the item itself. This brings up a page that is lacking the
botlogo and as a result some of the elements are out of place.

Does anyone know what results page this is and if it is able to be
manipulated.
