That's really annoying! You can get innovative to give you access to hold
info in create lists, but it doesn't include pickup location. I never
noticed that before.
It will give you the patron number, but I can't get it to export the patron
name. When I attempt to export hold information or name from the patron
record, I just get blank columns.

Has anyone succeeded in generating a list, sorted by patron name, of the
items that are currently on the hold shelf at a specific location? Our
circulation staff would like to be able to create lists like this so they
can compare the list to what is actually on the shelf and then pull the
items that shouldn't be there.
We've experimented thoroughly, checked the online documentation and looked
in the list archives but can't find a way to do this...
