I believe you need to have the inventory module to create a review file 
out of your list of barcodes. That is how we've always done it. The 
inventory text-based menus have a menu option to transfer a file of 
barcodes to a review file.

The step that isn't real obvious is when you select the empty review 
file (it will only list empty files) and give it a name, you appear to 
be finished. You still need to key the number of the file of barcodes 
that you want in the review file. If you don't get the message "Do you 
want to delete the transferred file" then you haven't completed the process.

Your list will now appear in the text or Millennium list of review files.
