Courtesy Notices-From: line

We have one patron who is reporting [and I've seen a copy of the email]
that when he receives a Courtesy Notice from the Library, the "from"
line is "the road"circadm at lis dot sfldlib dot org
 
The email address is correct, but we can't figure out why the "name"
associated with this comes up as "the road".
 
When veryone else [that we know of] gets this notice, it only has the
email address in the "from" line.
 
His is a YAHOO mail account, if that has anything to do with it.
Anyone have any clue why this is happening?
