Gale, do you access the Headings Reports in MilCat? And if so, where is the documentation for doing this?

When we started to deal with Headings Reports in MilCat, we had 
the Helpdesk "turn off" the headings reports compilations in the 
character-based system. Can't remember who advised this but the 
Helpdesk said that this was the way to go.
