Also Reading History, if you have enabled that feature.
And don't forget the last patron field in the item records. If no
one checks out the item for a long time, it just sits there unless you
remove it (which we do).
And Backups.

Subject: Patron Privacy Issues
Hello,
We are exploring patron privacy issues in our library for a library
privacy audit and in preparation for a possible presentation on the
topic. We would appreciate any feedback from the listserv on what areas
of III may contain confidential patron information. So far, in our own
discussions and in working with III, we have come up with the following
possible areas:
Log files
Patron records
Notes in records or in fines paid records
E-mail messages coming into the system (patron suggestions, etc...)
WebOPAC - My Millennium saved searches? (not sure about this)
Do you have suggestions of other areas we should consider? Can anyone
provide a checklist or audit procedures? Does anyone have any anecdotes
or experiences they can share in terms of privacy audits and the III
system?
Any feedback would be very much appreciated. Please respond directly
